Oil seals are commonly used in driveshafts, crankshafts and hydraulic cylinders where a rotating shaft is lubricated by oil or grease. The seal works like a cap, covering the clearance between the shaft and housing, stopping fluids from leaking whilst preventing containments from entering the chamber. Excellent price and despatch time.

Excellent quality Nitrile rubber O rings.

One note of caution is that they are all have a thick cross section.
Great for most things, but if you want a thinner cross section like 10mmx1.5mm these may be too thick! (Posted on 26/02/2015)
